Elephant Camp, Dubare, Madikeri very scenic place on the bank of Kaveri river. One has to cross the river to reach the elephant camp.

Raja’s Seat, Madikeri is a seasonal garden of flowers and artificial fountains. A spectacle of layers of greenery, chain of high and low-rise-mountains attired with mist, the Raja Garden was a one-time-favorite of the kings of Kodagu who used to watch the setting sun, and spend time with their queens here. It is built on a high level ground with a commanding view of the cliffs and valleys to the west. There is also a Toy Train for children.

Nisargadhama, Madikeri is a 64-acre (260,000 m2) island,with lush foliage of thick bamboo groves, sandalwood and teak trees. The island is accessible through a hanging rope bridge. There are deer, rabbits, peacocks, and a children’s playground as well as an orchidarium.

Talakaveri is the place that is considered to be the source of the river Kaveri. It is located on Brahmagiri hills near Bhagamandala in Coorg district, Karnataka.
